Brenda Lee Hatfield, 68, of Dunbar, PA, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026, in Harmon House Health & Rehab Center, Mt. Pleasant, PA.
She was born on May 11, 1958, in Connellsville, PA, to the late Benjamin Frank Hatfield and the late Elsie Rosemarie (Uhazie) Hatfield.
She worked as an LPN in various places throughout her working years, in addition to working in the office at Budd Scale, where she was revered as having been a wonderful employee.
Brenda will be fondly remembered by those who knew her as someone who just enjoyed life. She was independent by nature; loved gardening and tending to her flowers, crafting, animals, watching a great fireworks show, riding on the bike trail, and the freedom that a good drive in her red convertible provided when she put the top down and hit the road.
Left to cherish Brenda’s memory are her two brothers, Stephen F. (Karen) Hatfield, and Dan R. Hatfield, and his girlfriend, Elisa Diclaudio, whom she regarded as a sister; one niece, Wendy DeOre; two nephews, Jamie King, and Don Hatfield Jr.; several cousins, and sister-in-law, Patti Hatfield.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Don Hatfield, and her significant other, Kevin Reagan.
In accordance with Brenda’s wishes, there will be NO PUBLIC VISITATION. A memorial service will be held in her honor at a later date.
