VERNON LEE HALL

Vernon Lee Hall, 59, of Lemont Furnace, PA, died on Saturday, November 25, 2023, in WVU Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, PA. 

He was born on July 1, 1964, in Uniontown, PA, to Ruth Darlene (Landman) Hall and the late Gerald Melvin Hall. 

Vernon will be fondly remembered as a good friend to many. He looked after a lot of people, and always showed up. 

In his spare time, he loved to hunt and fish. 

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Melissa Sue (Hull) Hall; children, Chelsey (Michael) Heilman, Vernon Hall Jr., and Rachel (Grant) Gustic; grandchildren, Isabelle, Evelynn and Rowen; siblings, Gale (Robert) Russell, Rose Hall, Gerald “Sonny Boy” Hall, Tanya Springer and Candy (Rodney) Hiles; many nieces and nephews and his dear friends, Jessica Matrunics and Joseph “Hoss” Martin. 

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his nephews, Robert “Bubba” Russell and William “Little Billy” Ghrist. 

Friends will be received at Burhans-Crouse Funeral Home, 28 Connellsville Street; Dunbar, PA, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the hour of service with Pastor Bob Miller officiating.
