THOMAS ALBERT HOLLY

Thomas Albert “Tom” Holly, 70, of Coolspring, PA, died peacefully on Friday, July 12, 2024, in his home.

He was born in Uniontown, PA, on October 27, 1953, to the late Charles Edward Holly and the late Bertha Margaret “Sue” (Novak) Holly.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 48 years, Jackie (McGregor) Holly; his loving son, Lynn; his sisters and brothers-in-law, Barb and Rick Minerd and Anna Marie and Dan Dulik, as well as his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Tom was a veteran of the United States Army.

He worked for Pro Frac until his recent retirement.

Tom was a loving, compassionate, kind, and giving person. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially riding quads with Jackie and his sons; and watching Steeler games.

Tom joins his heavenly family, his beloved parents, Charles and Bertha “Sue” Novak; son, Christopher; sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Ron Smiley and niece, Jenny Minerd.

Friends will be received at Burhans-Crouse Funeral Home, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, PA, on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Wednesday, July 17, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. when prayers of transfer will be said.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary (Nativity) Parish, 61 North Mt. Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, PA.

Interment will follow in Irwin Memorial Cemetery, Farmington-Ohiopyle Rd., Ohiopyle, PA, where military honors will be accorded by Hopwood AMVETS Post 103.
