SHIRLEY ANN (LYNCH HALFHILL) YAUGER

Shirley Ann Lynch Halfhill Yauger, 83, of Lemont Furnace, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg, PA.

She was born December 3, 1938, in Bruceton Mills, WV, to the late Hugh Lynch and the late Evelyn Isa Maust Lynch Board.

Shirley thoroughly enjoyed baking, cooking, sewing and shopping in her spare time.

She is survived by her husband, Montgomery Yauger; three children, Karen (Donald) Landman, MaryJean Halfhill and significant other, John Wingrove, and Brenda Henderson; eight grandchildren, Donna, Donald, Danny, Mark, Chastity, Brandon, Brandi and Kolby.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Hugh Clinton Halfhill Sr.; sons, Hugh Clinton Halfill Jr. and Jason Lee Halfhill; three brothers, Donald Lynch, Billy Lynch and Larry Lynch.

Friends will be received at Burhans-Crouse Funeral Home, 28 Connellsville St., Dunbar, on Sunday, March 27, 2022, noon until 4:00 p.m. the hour of service with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.
