PATRICK ALLEN ZEBLEY SR.

Patrick Allen “Pat” Zebley Sr., 71, of Dunbar, PA, passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2025, in Dunbar, PA.

He was born on July 26, 1953, in Connellsville, PA, to the late David Arnold Zebley Sr. and the late Marjorie Lorraine (Martin).

After school, he enlisted in the United States Army.

He went on to be an expert outdoorsman. He loved to be outdoors and was most himself when in the woods, especially in his younger days. He could often be found hunting, trapping, and fishing. He also had a true love for animals and cared for many over the years.

He is survived by his two children, Franklin, L. “Frank” (Misty) Zebley, and Jennifer L. “Jenny” Zebley and her significant other, Jason Carter; grandchildren, Megan Stewart and fiancé Brandon George, Kayla Fike, Rebecca (Chris) Hager, and Amelia Fike, and her fiancé Nick Ewing; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, James “Jim” (Susan) Zebley Sr. and Martin “Marty” (Louise) Martin; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Patrick Allen Zebley Jr., and five of his siblings, David Zebley Jr., Mark Zebley, Peggy Sue Zebley, Timothy Zebley, and Barry Zebley.

Pat, a fixture of Dunbar, was seemingly known by everyone around town. He was cared about and looked after by so many in our community, and he will be remembered fondly and sadly missed.

There will be NO PUBLIC VISITATION.
