Lee A. Cable, 59, of Mt. Pleasant, PA, died on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at home.
He was born on June 1, 1965, in Uniontown, PA, to the late Gerald Wayne Cable and the late Dolores Marie (Binkie) Cable.
Lee will be fondly remembered as someone who loved everybody; he had the biggest heart. He didn’t meet a person or an animal that he didn’t care about. While he had the softest heart and a serious side, what most will remember is his sense of humor. He was very funny and truly enjoyed laughing and making others laugh.
At home with his family, he liked to play games and was particularly fond of Blackjack.
Though he was a homebody, he enjoyed going to church and he especially enjoyed going to the garage with his brother Randy.
Lee is survived by his brother, Randy D. (Connie) Cable; sister, Deborah M. (James) Shipley; niece, Lori Jayne (Jeffrey) Pennfield; nephew, James (Brenda) Shipley Jr.; great-nieces and great-nephews; cousins and friends. He is also survived by his dog, Cinnamon, who slept with him anytime that she could.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Natalie J. Cable, and his "best buddy nephew", Randy D. Cable Jr.
Friends will be received at Burhans-Crouse Funeral Home, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, PA on Sunday, March 9, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the hour of service, with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.
Private Interment will take place at Green Ridge Memorial Park, Connellsville, PA.
