KENNETH W. MURPHY JR, 64, of Vanderbilt, PA, died Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at home.

He was born June 4, 1956 in Connellsville, PA, son of Kenneth W. Murphy Sr and Ellen Belle Mulnix Murphy.

He worked as a timber man for Striner Lumber Company.

Surviving are his daughters, Debbie Goodnow & fiance Hammer, Donna Morris, Britney Ohler; stepson, Mike Gibson; grandchildren, Krista, Andy, Bethany, Jamie; great-grandchildren, Blayze, Aryn; brothers & sisters, Chuck (Maureen), Margie (Bill), Ann (Clarence), Rose, Nell (Jeff), Phyllis (George), Mae, John, Jim (DJ), Lloyd (Toni), Floyd (Jen), Mike (Dianna); numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins; & his loving dog, Smoky.

He was predeceased by his parents; brother, Donnie.

Friends will be received Monday, 12-6 pm at Burhans-Crouse Funeral Home.

Services will be held at funeral home, Tuesday at 11:00 am with Pastor Lee Maley officiating.
