JONATHAN JOSEPH MEIR

Jonathan Joesph Meir, 27, of Greensburg, PA, died on Friday, July 19, 2024, at home. 

He was born on June 27, 1997, in Buffalo, NY, to Robert Clyde Meir Jr. and Elizbeth Marie (McKinsey) Meir. 

Jonathan was a 2015 Connellsville Area High School graduate and was employed by FS Elliott. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his twin sister, Nicole S. Meir; maternal grandmother, Barbara Sanders; uncles, Matt McKinsey and Chris Meir and his significant other, Laura Ortiz-Garrett; great- aunt Cathy Koenig; best friends who were like brothers to him, Patrick Urbin and Zack Martin and many other good friends. 

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Sharon “Sherry” Myers, and paternal great-grandmother, Florence (Babiraz) Myers. 

Private visitation and Celebration of Life will be held at Burhans-Crouse Funeral Home, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, PA.
