Dolores “Toots” Maxine (DiNunno) Martin, 91, of Vanderbilt, PA, died on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, in Smock, PA, with her loving daughter by her side.
She was born on July 14, 1933, in Little Brownfield, PA, to the late, Frank DiNunno and the late Dorothy (Maust) DiNunno.
Dolores was a wonderful Christian woman. She attended Faith Assembly Church in Uniontown, PA, for 27 years.
She loved playing the piano and organ; planting beautiful flowers; and antiques.
Dolores absolutely adored animals, in particular, her beloved dog Jax; though she cared for countless dogs and cats over the years with her daughter Terri.
She is survived by her daughter, Terri Martin; sister and brothers; sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews as well as many friends. She was well-loved by those around her and, will be deeply missed.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Charles Martin Sr.; son, Edward Charles “Eddie” Martin Jr.; sister, Linda; as well as many cats and dogs.
Friends will be received at Burhans-Crouse Funeral Home, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, PA, on Monday, February 10, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., the hour of service, with Pastor Jason Lamer officiating.
Interment will follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
