Bruce A. Provance, 70, of Dunbar, passed away, Thursday, December 8, 2022, in WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV, trusting Christ as his personal savior with his family by his side.
He was born on July 21, 1952 to the late Robert G. Provance and the late Lois Spear Provance in Connellsville, PA.
Bruce was a retired laborer from Anchor Hocking Glass. In his free time, he enjoyed working in his garden. He will be remembered as always having enjoyed helping his family and friends.
He is survived by his brothers, Robert E. (Jackie) Provance, Gary (Cherie) Provance, David (Melinda) Provance; sisters, Cheryl Wolfe, Bobbi Jean Smiley, Wilma (Richard) Keller and Lisa Scholz as well as many nieces and many nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Matthews; Brothers-in-law, Loren Halfhill and Frank Smiley and sister-in-law, Cindy Tollari Provance.
Friends will be received at Burhans-Crouse Funeral Home, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the hour of service with Pastor Robert Wrachford officiating.
Interment to follow in Cove Run Cemetery, Lemont Furnace, PA.
